Financial Institution Disclosure

Names and other information that are received by Checksforless.com® through a financial institution are not shared with or rented to nonaffiliated third parties except for the purpose of fulfilling our contracts with financial institutions or as otherwise permitted by law.

The parties agree that Buyer will disclose to EIPRINTING, INC., Inc. (EIP) certain non-public personal information about buyer’s customers which fall within the provision of the Federal legislation entitled “Privacy of Consumer Financial Information” (12 CRF 32). EIP agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all such information to the same extent that Buyer is required to maintain it. EIP further agrees not to disclose or use such information or use any such information except to carry out the purpose for which Buyer provided such information to EIP or is otherwise permitted by such Federal regulation or any similar State regulation by which Buyer may be bound. EIP will maintain and monitor its policies and procedures to meet the objectives of the Interagency Guidelines Establishing Standards Customer Information by addressing administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to (i) ensure the security and confidentiality of nonpublic personal information relating to Buyer’s customers; (ii) protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of such information; (iii) protect against unauthorized access to or use of such information that could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to the Buyer or their customers.

Your Acceptance of These Terms

By using Checksforless.com® websites, you consent to the Privacy Policy for Checksforless.com®. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Checksforless.com® websites. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this policy at any time. Your continued use of Checksforless.com® websites following the posting of changes to these terms means that you accept these changes.

Encryption

Encryption is a process by which we use software to scramble sensitive information while it is in transit to EiPrinting, Inc.. We currently use the industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. But we continue to keep up with the current technologies in an effort to protect the security of your information. We encrypt all personal information you give us when you place an order online. Remember, if you feel uncomfortable providing any of this information online, please feel free to contact us.

Our SSL Certificate, through thawte.com, encrypts all of the information that is transferred through your browser to the server and back. You can verify the SSL Certificate with Thawte.com by clicking on the Security Stamp below. If you are on secure pages, a padlock should be displayed on the bottom right (Internet Explorer), the top left (Opera), or the bottom left (Netscape). Information Security

Security measures are in place on Checksforless.com® websites to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Data Storage

For your protection, we do not keep credit card numbers on file. Each time you place an order, you must give us your card number again so we may verify the account information through our AVS (address verification service). This is one mechanism to help prevent fraud. We do store your name, address, imprint, and other pertinent information to aid in the process of reorders.

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your Web browser on your computer's hard drive. A cookie may contain information (such as a unique user session ID) that is used to track the pages of the websites you've visited. Checksforless.com® uses cookies, but we do not store personally identifiable information in your cookies. EiPrinting, Inc.’ website uses cookies to improve your shopping experience. Your Right to Ordering Validation- Helping to Prevent Fraud

First time orders require a faxed, voided sample of a blank check or deposit ticket, which is the premier way to prevent fraud on new orders. This shows proof of direct ownership of the account. We also use your bank routing number and account number to verify the actual existence of the account. Credit cards go through an Address Verification Services to verify the name and address on the card.

Our system also checks for combinations of common elements of fraudulent orders: changes in the ship to address on reorders; different ship to, imprint and billing information; and deliveries to Post Office boxes and other non-physical addresses.
